With Joe Biden out of the picture, the electoral contest to replace him is well underway. But Democrats, the party of “democracy,” are once again acting in a way that is completely contrary to democratic ideals. Without considering the true desires of the Democratic people, the party is effectively announcing Vice President Kamala Harris as a presidential contender.
Tulsi Gabbard, an independent who was also a Democratic presidential candidate, joins Glenn Beck to debunk the hoopla surrounding Harris.
“The policies, and the real decision-makers who are behind the scenes, and who have been pulling the strings,” will not stop, says Gabbard, “even though the Democrats have changed their horse in this race.” If Kamala wins, we can expect the same disastrous laws and policies that we’ve seen and worse.”
Glenn agrees and asks, “Who is this cabal?” Isn’t it appropriate for us to pose that query and receive that response?
According to Gabbard, “In the end, it’s those whose power depends on having a figurehead that they can manage.”
“Those close to President Biden, those close to Hillary Clinton, the military-industrial complex that makes money off of our nation’s perpetual state of war, the unelected officials in the national security state whose capacity to impose more restrictions on our freedoms depends on this state of affairs, their allies in Big Tech and the propaganda media who profit from their access to power and information, and the big-money billionaires,” Gabbard writes.
This group of woke warmongers, she claims, is primarily made up of “people who do not care about our country,” “don’t believe in our Constitution,” and “are trying to remake this nation into something that is their utopia of some sort but that defies the foundation of our nation.” She goes on to say that “Hillary Clinton is the lead.”
Given the support for Kamala Harris, it seems logical that the cabal thinks she would be simple to manage and act as a charming face, or as Gabbard put it, a “figurehead,” for the group’s plans to destroy and rebuild the nation. She is going to be Biden 2.0, to put it differently.
Perhaps for this reason, do they have banners flying behind her?
But once more, is Kamala Harris the candidate that the public wants? No, based on her popularity rating, it seems.
“Democrats don’t recognize what their own party is doing; they think Donald Trump is the threat to democracy,” Glenn said. “How is it that after casting their ballots, these delegates and these superdelegates can declare, ‘No, this is who you get,’ completely ignoring the results of the vote?”
